• Amber Color, Rich Flavor We recommend this syrup for toppings on pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, ice cream, etc.

• Dark Color, Robust Flavor General, all purpose syrup that can be used for toppings as well as using it for cooking, baking & as a sweetener in beverages.

• Very Dark Color, Strong Flavor Best used when you really want the maple flavor to come out in marinades, dressings, making granola, sausages & other cooking & baking. ​
